POSTAGE AND HANDLING
We’re pretty keen on giving you the best experience possible and to do so we offer standard shipping for all orders over $150 including GST. For all other orders we offer a flat rate of $9.95 Australia wide. We do not ship to International Addresses.
OUR processing GUARANTEE
We guarantee that your order will be processed at our end within 24 hours
of your order being placed (During weekdays. All orders placed on
weekends will be shipped Monday morning). Processing Guarantee does
not apply over Public Holidays.
Orders to local Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast - 1-2 business days
Sydney, Melbourne Metro and North Queensland - 2-5 business days
Tasmania & South Australia - 5-7 business days
Western Australia & Northern Territory - 7 - 14 business days*
*Remote WA & NT parcels can take up to 21 business days due to the
Courier Company or Australia Post.
HOW YOUR PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED
We use Couriers Please and Australia Post services to ensure the fastest delivery to your door. Most customers receive their products in 1-3 days, depending on your location. All Orders are shipped as standard procedure with the understanding that "no signature" is required by the receiver and the order maybe left at the address if unattended at the discretion of the courier. If you require a signature to be received or you have special delivery instructions then please write these in the "order comments" when placing your order. Please keep in mind that if you do not advise that a "signature is required" in the "order comments" when placing your order, then The Supplement Den will not be held responsible for any missing orders left by the courier at an unattended address. If you select 'Express' as a shipping option, your parcel may be packed into a couple of different satchels so your order may arrive together or separately. We also cannot guarantee the express delivery time that couriers & Australia Post state. We will always ship your order within 24 hours, but express delivery is dependent on the actual courier.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email from us advising you that it has left. Your tracking number can be found in your Order History in your Members Account. To track your order, simply visit Couriers Please and websites, along with a tracking number for your products or contact them via phone to track how your parcel is going. If your delivery seems to be taking too long please phone us on 07 3209 1900 or and we will sort it out for you immediately.
*We do not offer refunds so please choose wisely when purchasing and processing your order.
